Terms of Service for TillPrice

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the TillPrice app ("the app", "the Service"), provided by Mikkel Friis-Olsen ("we", "us", "our") through the Shopify App Store. By installing or using the app, you ("you", "the merchant") agree to these Terms.

The Service

TillPrice lets you set a separate Point of Sale (POS) price for a product variant, applied automatically at your point of sale, without changing your online store price.

Subscription and billing

The app is offered on paid subscription plans, billed and collected through the Shopify Billing API according to the price and trial period shown at checkout in the Shopify App Store. You can change or cancel your plan at any time from within Shopify. Refunds, if any, are handled according to Shopify's own billing policies.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the prices you enter into the app and for how they are used at your point of sale. We do not verify or guarantee the accuracy of prices you set; you are responsible for reviewing them before they are used to charge customers.

No warranty

The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or fully compatible with every Shopify store configuration.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits or lost sales, arising from your use of or inability to use the app. Our total liability for any claim relating to the app is limited to the amount you paid us for the app in the three (3) months preceding the claim.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the app if you violate these Terms, or if required to comply with Shopify's own policies. You may uninstall the app at any time.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Denmark, without regard to conflict of law principles.
